Last year, Dr. #Willie_Obiano crushed his APC counterpart, Chris Ngige, in the Anambra gubernatorial election. With that, NdiAnambra rejected APC, announced their rejection of Bola Tinubu & his amala politics.
Last weekend, the good people of Ekiti responded to the voice of reason by rejecting APC, thereby undermining Tinubu's business goals.
While Gov. Fayemi was gracious in acknowledging defeat and wishing his conqueror success, Ngige was relentless in trying to save face via the tribunal. Dr. Ngige should learn a moral lesson from Fayemi by surrendering personal interest in the alter of collective interest.
Also, during the last Anambra election, one Ifeanyi Uba demanded all the money he donated to groups, individuals, & his campaign staff. Similarly, Tinubu was said to have demanded $3 billion from Ngige vengefully.
One thing is certain; the APC scourge is about to end as Nigerians are ready to roll it back to Sambisa forest. From Imo to Rivers, Osun, Edo, & to Lagos, Nigerians are ready to stamp out amala politricks as propounded by Tinubu, Buhari, Shettima, & el Rufai among others.
