because of her violent inciting statements she made two weeks ago when
she was campaigning for her husband[President Jonathan] in
calabar,rivers state..

Her words was inciting a stoning spree at the All Progressive
Congress party supporters.Firstclass newsline learnt that the letter
of complains that was submmitted to the ICC was signed by the river
state Governor in persons of rotimi amaechi...the APC also alleged
that some of patience jonathan statements were like that of Mrs
gbabo"s,also said the patience jonathan does not hold any official
post in Nigeria,the firstlady position is not recognized in the
Nigerian constittution...
The APC concluded by saying some illitrate supporters of the PDP party
would of have adhered to the president"s wife and begun to cause haov
among the APC supporters.
