45,098,876 Permanent Voter Cards as of Monday.

Mr. Kayode Idowu, the Chief Press Secretary to the INEC Chairman,
Prof. Attahiru Jega, made this clarification on Thursday in a
telephone interview with a source.
This is against the earlier report that the commission had distributed
48 million PVCs across the country.
