The Ogun State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party has postponed
till Tuesday the primary to determine the candidate of the party for
the Ogun Central Senatorial seat after tension almost reached a
boiling point between the two gladiators for the ticket.
Lanre Laoshe, a one time member of the House of Representatives and an
insurance guru, is pitted against Dr. Bisola Sodipo-Clark, a medical
doctor, who is the wife of Chief Edwin Clark, the acclaimed Ijaw
rights campaigner.
