Barely 10 days after suicide Boko Haram bombers and gunmen attacked
the Kano Central Mosque, killing about 150 worshippers, multiple bomb
explosions have again rocked the commercial city.
Though details of the blasts are still sketchy, it was gathered that
the explosions occurred at Filin Fakin along Ibrahim Taiwo Way, a
major intersection, leading to the popular Kartin Kwari Market in
Kano.
The Police Public Relations Officer of the state command, Magaji
Majiya, confirmed the blast but failed to give casualty figure.
