Pastor arrested for killing church member with juju
Jonathan Ojigbo, the presiding minister of God Solution Ministry,
located in Ozoro area of Ndokwa West Local Government area of Delta
State, is in police net.
Ojigbo is being accused by the Delta State
Police Command of preparing a concoction, with ingredients sourced from a
shrine behind his church premises for one Evi Samson, a member of his church.
After drinking the concoction, Samson was said to have developed
stomach pains, swollen eyes and head, which eventually died on Saturday.
Delta State police image maker, Celetina Kalu, a Deputy Superintendent
of Police (DSP) confirmed the incident, saying that the pastor was
involved in marathon prayer sessions with Samson before giving him the
concoction to drink.
A source in Delta State disclosed that the
pastor, who is also a Registrar at a Magistrate Court in the area, was
arrested by police detectives based on a tip-off on the incident.
However, the pastor, according to DSP Kalu said he gave the deceased a
bottle of coke instead of black concoction from his shrine to drink
