Specific Duties & Responsibilities
*.Daily review of Audit work carried out at HO, Regions Work shop with respective heads at locations
*.Daily review & discuss Internal Audit Reports with Regional Auditors and Auditors at workshop & HO.
*.Daily and weekly review of Sales posting into the system from Jet Reports
*.Daily review status of the Bank reconciliation with Jet Reports.
*.Monitor report and follow up on GIT account.
*.Perform pre-audit of Regional/HO/WS expenses along with the Audit manager, prior to disbursement and posting (As per the SOP)
*.Organize quarterly system and process training for Team
*.Prepare and Monitor Monthly Audit plan
*.Perform check on Field Auditors and storekeepers to review performance process gap
*.Perform check to verify the employees/Payroll review.
*.Review the physical verification of Assets carried out by the Field Auditor
*.Check & approve RTLP/other promo shipment
*.Support Regional Accountant to review BAT TLP/CMR/TMR Account and transfer balance to HO on monthly basis.
Job Objective:
*.To coordinate audit team activities and ensure total compliance with Management policy regarding internal control pan Nigeria.
*.Identify Internal Controls strengths and weaknesses, accounting errors or compliance violations.
*.Suggest various remedies to de risk the operations of the company
