Breaking: IGP releases list of 21 new State Commissioners of Police (Plus: All names on the list)
Acting Inspector-General of Police, Ag. IGP Suleiman Abba, has released
the posting of Commissioners of Police (CPs) to head Police Commands in
21 states.
“This followed the recommendation of the
Commissioners to the Police Service Commission and its subsequent
approval,” Ag. CP Emmanuel Ojukwu, the
Force Public Relations Officer, said in a statement in Abuja. He
explained that the postings are “in line with the determination and
drive to reposition the Nigeria Police Force for improved service
delivery.”
The CPs and their commands are as follows:
