Senate confirms ex-FRSC boss, Chidoka, as minister



A University of Abuja lecturer was also confirmed.

The Senate on Wednesday confirmed Osita Chidoka as minister.

Mr. Chidoka is the outgoing head of the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC.

PREMIUM TIMES had reported his nomination as a minister by President Goodluck Jonathan.

The Senate also confirmed Olanrewaju Abubakar, a lecturer at the University of Abuja, as a minister.

With the confirmation, both men are now to be assigned portfolios and sworn in by President Jonathan
